AMD Software Adrenalin 22.3.2 Radeon Drivers
AMD has launched its new version of AMD Software Adrenalin. Beta 22.3.2 includes optimizations for “Ghostwire: Tokyo” and “Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands”, the latter achieving a performance boost of up to 21%.
The drivers augment the Vulkan API with a handful of additional additions. Additionally, the company fixed a variety of bugs, including incorrect lighting in “Cyberpunk 2077” when using an RX 580. A game crash was observed in “Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin ” when using cards such as the RX 6900 XT; A stuttering issue was observed in “Genshin Impact” when video playback or encoding occurs in the background; A stuttering issue has been observed when displaying Radeon Overlay while playing “Grim Dawn”; and a game crash was observed in “During Hades”. Fixed issues
- When playing Cyberpunk 2077 on certain AMD graphics products such as Radeon RX 570 graphics, some users may observe an issue where interior areas appear darker than expected.
- A game crash may be observed by users of certain AMD graphics products such as Radeon RX 6900 XT while playing Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin.
- Stuttering may occur when playing Genshin Impact with video playback or encoding on some AMD graphics products such as Radeon RX 6900 XT.
- Using the AMD software hotkey to open and close Radeon Overlay may introduce stuttering when playing certain games such as Grim Dawn.
- While playing Hades, some users of AMD graphics products such as Radeon RX 6800 may experience a game crash.
Known issues
- Some users of the Windows 10 operating system may observe the absence of the aerodynamic effect of Windows transparency.
- Using Radeon Super Resolution on 2560×1600 resolution displays may cause the system to hang. A temporary workaround is to set the display scaling mode to Full Panel.
- Enhanced Sync may cause a black screen to appear when enabled on some games and system configurations. Any users who may experience issues with Enhanced Sync enabled should disable it as a temporary workaround.
- Radeon’s performance metrics and logging features may intermittently report extremely high and incorrect memory clock values.
