Resort guests can enter Walt Disney World theme parks early starting this weekend

While not supposed to kick off until October 1, 2021, it looks like Disney will be launching its early entry to the theme park a little earlier than planned, with guests of Disney hotels and guests of other select hotels able to use. Early Theme. Entrance to the park from September 26, 2021.

The Early Bird Theme Park Entrance benefit is available to all Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests and guests of other selected hotels each day at each park, and provides 30 minutes of additional time. Most attractions will be open to customers who wish to use this park, including Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, which switched to queue use earlier this week. Customers who wish to take advantage of this benefit may look for the “Early Entry for Participating Hotels” signage to enter.

In addition to the Early Entry program, guests staying at a Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resort will also be able to take advantage of extended evening hours on certain evenings at select theme parks. However, for now, it looks like those extended evening hours will begin in early October with specific dates and parks to share later.

While the Early Theme Park Entry program is a little different from the Extra Magic Hours program it replaced, it looks like Disney hotel guests will get good value for their money from their extra time in the park, especially when it’s about getting to the most popular attractions at each park with minimal wait.
